摘要
将肝细胞膜上无唾液酸糖蛋白受体所能识别的配基作为载体与药物相结合获得肝靶向药物，可使药物选择地导向肝细胞，提高疗效，降低副作用。本文着重介绍无唾液酸糖蛋白受体介导的肝靶向药物的作用机制。
The asialoglycoprotein receptor localizes on the parenchymal liver cells.By coupling with the special ligands drugs can selectively direct to the liver cells.It is a promising hepatic targeting drug which can improve the efficacy and reduce the side effect.This review focused on mechanism of action,carriers,application of asialoglycoprotein receptor mediated hepatic drugs.
