Progress in the Development of Class Ⅲ Antiarrhythmic Agents

介绍了目前处于研究开发中的Ⅲ类抗心律失常药以及它们所作用的离子通道；讨论了该类药物发展趋势，指出虽然开发Ⅲ类药物已成共识，但对开发何种类型的Ⅲ类药物作为抗心律失常药，人们还有不同的看法；

The class Ⅲ antiarrhythmic agents which are in development and the ion channels which seem to be affected by those agents were introduced in this review. The possible trend to develop potential class Ⅲ agents and the preliminary relationship between structure and antiarrhythmic activity of class Ⅲ agents were also discussed.
