合理使用抗生素治疗老年慢性支气管炎

The Reasonable Use of Antibiotics for Elder Patients with Chronic Bronchitis

为探讨临床对老年慢性支气管炎患者使用抗生素产品的合理性，观察了１００例住院老年慢性支气管炎患者使用抗生素的情况。结果提示抗生素对老年慢性支气管炎患者副作用较大，易产生耐药性。

The aims of this article was to study the reasonable use of antibiotic for the elder patients with chronic bronchitis.We observed the 100 cases who were over than 60 old years and were treated with different antibiotics for chronic Bronchitis. The result showed that there were more side effects and antimicrobial resistance to elder patients.We must carefully choose antibiotics for elder patient with chronic bronchitis and avoid abuse.
