摘要
针对企业改制后面临的种种问题,结合企业改制后管理对岗位与业绩考核机制的要求,阐述了如何建立岗位及业绩考核体系,薪酬福利激励机制,并指出实施岗位及业绩考核需要改革的几个制度,以期促进企业长期发展战略的实现。
Aiming at all sorts of problems in enterprises' reform, combining with the management' s requirement on the performance review mechanism, illustrates how to establish the performance review system, salary and bonus stimulating system, and points out some systems to implement the performance review, so as to enhance the long-term development strategies.
