以英国的建筑及建成委员会(CABE)为探讨对象,重点对英国的学校建筑项目的评价机构、专家库、评审等级、评价标准及评价程序进行了介绍及分析,探讨如何借鉴英国的经验,建立我国的建设项目的科学化评价机制及机构,以促进建筑业发展。

Taking the British Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment （CABE） as a case study, this thesis focuses on introducing and analyzing the UK evaluation of school construction projects, expert database, review grades, evaluation criteria and evaluation procedures, explore how to learn from British experience to establish a scientific evaluation mechanisms and institutions for China＇ s construction projects to promote construction industry development.
