针对国内对政府工程代建制单位在自我管理的过程中缺乏一套完善的绩效评价指标体系的现状,分析了代建制单位绩效评价体系指标的来源,论述了评价指标的选取原则,并根据影响代建制单位绩效的系统要素,提出了提高代建制单位绩效的几点建议,以促进代建制发展。

Aiming aic the lack of performance evaluation index system for government project＇s agent construction system in the self-management process, the paper analyzes the origin of performance evaluation index in agent construction system, indicates the selection principle for the evaluation index and points out some suggestions to improve the performance of the agent construction system according to the system ele- ments which are influenced by the agent construction system, so as to enhance the development of the agent construction system.
