摘要
叙述了不平衡报价的表现形式,分析了不平衡报价产生的原因,在此基础上提出了控制不平衡报价的一系列措施,同时总结了在控制不平衡报价时防范恶意低价竞标的一些方法,以确保投标报价的合理性。
The expression form of unbalanced bidding was described, the reason of generating unbalanced bidding was analyzed, based on which a series of measures of controlling unbalanced bidding was proposed. Some methods to control unbalanced bidding prevention and bad low price bidding were generalized, so as to guarantee bidding price rationality.
