落实科学发展观是中国共产党为全面建设小康社会、开创社会主义事业新局面而提出的一项重要任务,也是我国改革和发展进入关键时期的必然产物。要实现科学发展观这一任务离不开作为上层建筑的经济法的指导作用。经济法作为社会主义市场经济发展中的重要法律,在我国政治、经济、文化生活中起着十分重要的作用,为了更好地实现科学发展观的落实,我们必须完善和发展经济法。

Applying scientific outlook on development is an important task of our Communist Party of China for building an overall well-off society and creating the new situation of socialism, it is also the inevitable outcome when China＇s reforms and development entering the key period. To realize the scientific outlook on development, the guidance of economic law is needed. As one of the important laws in the socialist market economy development, economic law plays an key role in political, economy and culture. For the better applying of scientific outlook on development, we must perfect and develop the economic law.
