摘要
随着市场竞争的不断加深,单纯以短期盈利为目标的企业战略评价模式已经难以适应,具有社会责任的企业才能达到可持续发展的目标。文章在分析企业战略绩效评价模式基于社会责任的机理的基础上,建立了基于社会责任的战略绩效评价指标体系。
With the deepening of market competition, the corporate strategic evaluation model of short-term profit objectives has been difficult to cope with the competition. In order to achieve sustainable development goals, the enterprises must have social responsibility. Based on the analysis of corporate strategic performance evaluation, the strategic evaluation index system based on corporate social responsibility is established.
