摘要
企业文化是民营企业可持续发展的重要条件,但当前我国民营企业的发展却缺乏强有力的文化支撑。因此,只有借助企业文化建设,才能提升企业的凝聚力、影响力和竞争力,打造跨越式发展的新优势。
The enterprise culture is the important condition of private-owned enterprises＇ sustainable development, but the current private-owned enterprise＇s development lacks the powerful cultural support. Therefore, we have to draw support from the enterprise culture construction so as to promote the cohesive force and the influence and the competitive power in the enterprise, and make new superiority in the development.
