摘要
文章基于中国民航飞行员流动的现状和问题,采用道格拉斯投入产出函数模型、货币性计量和非货币性计量的方法,构筑了当期民航飞行人力资源的群体价值和个体价值评价模型。最后,在民航飞行员流动原则的基础上,就民航飞行员的流动定价提出了合理的建议。
Firstly, this paper studies the status quo and problems of civil aviation pilots' flow in China. Secondly, it adopts Douglas' input-output model function and the monetary and non-monetary measurement to build the current measurement model of the flight human resources' groups and individual. Finally, based on theprinciples of civil aviation pilots' flow, it puts forward a reasonable suggestion.
