摘要
采用X射线衍射分析、拉伸测试、扫描电镜等方法,研究了不同添加量的富Ce混合稀土对Mg-4.2Y-2.7Nd-0.5Zr基合金的组织及力学性能的影响。实验结果表明,富Ce混合稀土添加后,Mg-4.2Y-2.7Nd-0.5Zr合金的晶粒得到了细化,合金形成了新强化相Mg17Ce2和Mg17La2,合金的力学性能明显得到提高,当加入0.6%的富Ce混合稀土时,Mg-Y-Nd-Zr合金的力学性能较高,随着混合稀土添加量的继续增加,强度缓慢提高,伸长率下降。
The influence of varied contents ofcerium misch metal on microstructure of the Mg-4.2Y- 2.7Nd -0.5Zr alloys has been studied by means of X-ray diffraction, tensile tests, scanning electron microscopy, resulting in that the additions of cerium misch metal refined the grain of the Mg-4.2Y-2.7Nd -0.5Zr and led to form new strengthened phases that were Mg17Ce2 and Mg17La2 which improved the mechanics properties of the alloys,when the addition was up to 0.6%, the mechanics properties were improved greatly,with the additions increased,the strength improved slowly while the elongation decreased.
