摘要
由于JL465Q缸体的型腔结构复杂,热节部位多,易造成渗漏缺陷,渗漏废品率最高时达到了15%。通过从铸造工艺、孕育处理、浇注温度等几方面对JL465Q缸体渗漏缺陷产生的原因进行分析,采取调整浇注温度、孕育剂种类和孕育加入量,以及使用激冷涂料和SD-2NC高强度覆膜砂等措施,有效地解决了缸体的渗漏缺陷。
The cavity structure of Model JL465Q cylinder block is complex with many hot spots that leakage defects are apt to appear when it was machined hence the leakage rejection rate up to 15%. The casting technology,inoculation,pouring temperature have been analyzed before the pouring temperature, the inoculant type and the quantity have been adjusted, the use of chill coating and SD- 2NC high strength pre-coated sand adopted then the leakage defects of cylinder block been canceled.
