一种用于评估面瘫严重程度的可视化方法

摘要 基于面瘫发病初期面部温度分布不对称这一规律,提出了一种完整的用于评估面瘫严重程度的红外温度数据可视化方法,首先检索极值点并进行替换,去除散粒噪声,然后利用邻域测度算子对图像进行直方图均衡化,最后利用等色差序列伪彩化图像并进行亮度矫正,得到表征面部温度分布的彩色图像。最后的实验表明,本方法所得到的图像视觉效果良好,能够更好地帮助医师检测面瘫患者的面瘫严重度。 Based on asymmetry of temperature distribution in the early onset of facial paralysis, a complete infrared temperature data visualization methods used to assess the severity of facial paralysis is presented. First the extreme points are found and replaced, then histogram equalization based on the neighborhood measure operator is used in the image, finally color sequence in which color differences are equal is used and the brightness is corrected to generate the pseudo-color image in which the temperature distribution be visualized. The final experiment shows that the image obtained by this method is good, better able to help physicians assess the severity of facial paralysis.
