摘要
在900r/min高速喷气织造条件下,使用DF838MW多功能浆料等量取代日本含PVA的TQ10R组合浆料,对涤棉细布经纱上浆获得成功。在上浆率降低情况下,织机经向停台率仍有下降,效率也有提升,上浆成本减少18%以上。实践表明DF838MW是性价比很好的新型多功能浆料,值得推广。
Warp yam for weaving polyester/cotton fine cloth on air -jet loom at a speed of 900r/min is successfuUy sized by use of muhi -function DF838MW to replace TQtOR grtuped size of PVA. Loom stop rate clue to warp ends breaking still slightly reduced with weaving efficiericy raised when the size take up is lowed. The siizing cost is reduced to over 18%. The practice proves that DF838MW is a good new mdti -function size that should be widely used.
