摘要 针对异步电动机在轻载状态下运行效率低的问题,在以转子磁场定向的矢量控制系统中,建立了考虑铁损的异步电机的损耗模型。通过研究不同运行条件下电动机损耗和转子磁链的关系,采用了结合电机损耗模型和在线搜索的混合式节能控制方法,相比于单纯的损耗模型节能控制方法具有更好的高效性和鲁棒性。最后,通过仿真研究验证了此方法的正确性。 To solve the problem of IM's low operating efficiency under light load,this paper set up IM's loss model considering the iron loss in accordance with the rotor flux orientation.By studying the relationship between motor loss and rotor flux in different operating conditions,a combination of motor loss model and the online search hybrid energy-saving control method was adopted.This method was better efficiency and robustness compared with the simple loss model of energy-saving control method.Finally,through simulation studies verified the correctness of the method.
