摘要
SF6示踪技术是大型容器动态密封检测的有效方法。采用SF6示踪技术检测了一个9m3大型容器在内部炸药爆炸后各密封部位的气体泄漏率。介绍了泄漏检测实施技术,采用Kr为第二示踪剂,用以指示SF6示踪剂的爆后燃烧损失。结果表明,各检测部位的气体泄漏主要发生在爆后短时间内,泄漏率随时间的延长呈指数衰减,29h后基本平衡在10–12–10–13L/h的泄漏水平;炸药爆炸冲击波是气体泄漏的主要原因,爆后密封材料和机械密封结构基本未遭到破坏。
SF6 gaseous tracer is an effective technology for airtight test of voluminous containers. In this work, with SF6 gaseous tracer, the dynamic leakage of a voluminous inter-explosion container was tested. Kr was selected to indicate the loss of SF6 caused by the explosion-caused high temperature. The results showed that the gas leakage for various airtight points occurred a short time after explosion, and attenuated rapidly with time by exponential order to the stable leavl of 10^-12-10^-13 L/h in 29 hours after the explosion. As a result, the shock wave was considered as the chief matter responsible for gas leak. The material and mechanical structures for airtightness were not damaged.
