白酒标签内容如何标注

摘要 白酒标签标注信息反映不够全面,不能从标签上看出质量优劣或成本高低,是否物有所值。而白酒价格与质量和成本往往不成正比,其价不符实,导致了白酒市场的无序竞争。用不同方法生产的白酒(主要固态法、液态法),其质量与成本一般相差较大。固态法成本高,液态法相对较低,为了不欺骗消费者,也为了消费者在购买白酒时提供判断白酒优劣的相对依据,笔者认为,国标GB10344—2005《预包装饮料酒标签通则》中应规定:白酒标签中应将固态法或液态法作为强制标示内容之一加以明示。 Consumers could hardly judge the quality and the real value of liquor products through reading the incomplete annotation information of liquor label. In reality, liquor product price is often inconsistent with its quality and its production cost, and such consumer fraud behavior might induce disorderly competition in liquor market. Generally, liquor quality and its production cost varies greatly in the case of different production methods (mainly including liquid fermentation method and solid fermentation method). The production cost of liquor by solid fermentation method is higher than that by liquid fermentation method. In order to help consumers judge liquor quality, the author believed that a provision should be supplemented in GB10344-2005 Pre-packaged Alcoholic Beverage Labeling General Rules as follows: liquor production by liquid fermentation or by solid fermentation is mandatory labeling content in liquor label.
