摘要
对照药物杂质研究相关技术指导原则的要求,分析了化学药品仿制药的有关物质检查研究中存在的几个常见问题,列举了部分审评案例,并建议解决问题的方法。
According to the requirements of the relevant guidelines on related substances for drug registration, the common issues in related substances study including some tipical cases of generic drugs are summarized.The solution of the issues are suggested.
