锻炼强度与年限对老年人身心健康的影响 被引量:5

Study on Effect of Exercise’s Intension and Duration on Physical and Mental Health of Elder Population

摘要 目的探讨健身锻炼对老年人生理及心理健康的影响。方法选择杭州市萧山区老年大学学员为研究对象,依照锻炼强度和锻炼年限分别分组,对基本情况及SF-36量表涉及内容进行问卷调查,对部分生理及免疫指标进行测定。结果按锻炼强度所分组中,中心性肥胖、IgG增高者各组间差异有显著性,SF-36量表总分及各维度得分随着锻炼强度的增大均有所增加,其中SF总分、躯体疼痛、总体健康和活力得分经方差分析,各组间差异有非常显著的意义,生理职能、社会功能得分的差异有显著性。按锻炼年限所分组中,IgM、IgG差异有显著性意义。结论健身锻炼能提高老年人身心健康。 Objective To explore the effect of exercise on the physical and mental health elder population.Methods The students from university for old age were selected as target population and the population was grouped by intension and duration of exercise.The basic conditions of them were investigated for SF-36 scales,and some physical indexes were checked.Results In the groups sorted by exercise intension,there were statistic differences in the people with centricity fatness and IgG-risen and SF-36 score.In the groups sorted by exercise duration,there were statistic differences in IgM、IgG.Conclusions Exercise can improve the elders’physical and mental health.
