摘要
分析了传统的清管球(器)收球工艺流程及其存在的主要问题,如过球指示器不能准确反映清管球是否通过、清管球达到时间计算不准确、常规三通挡条不能承受较大压力等,在此基础上提出了双挡条三通的收球工艺流程方案,并进行了实验模拟验证。新收球工艺流程能解决原存在问题,可避免收球过程中的卡球事故发生,为海底管道和陆上长输管道的收球流程设计提供了有益的借鉴。
The traditional process of receiving pig and its main shortages,such as pig pass indicator malfunction,inexact pig arriving time calculation and breakage of steel blocking bars in T-valve under large pressure were analyzed.Therefore,a new process design of two T-valves with steel bars in pipeline was developed,and the simulation experiment was performed.This process design can solve the original problems and avoid effectively the pig blockage incident.The optimized design provides a reference for pig receiving process de sign of subsea pipeline and land long-distance pipeline.
