摘要
16万m3LNG全容式储罐目前是国内、国际上LNG接收站存储系统常用的储罐结构型式。其中罐顶的气顶升工序是储罐施工的难点之一,安全风险高。文章论述了16万m3全容式LNG储罐罐顶气顶升的工艺原理、顶升方案的设计方法及操作要点,介绍了罐顶气顶升工艺的关键技术,包括平衡导向系统、密封装置系统、供气系统、配重系统、罐顶固定装置等,并对罐顶气顶升的主要步骤进行了说明。
Full capacity LNG storage tank of 16×104 m3 is the common type used in storage systems of LNG receiving stations at home and abroad.The gas lift process for such tank roof is one difficult task of tank construction with high safety risk.This paper discusses the principle,scheme design method and key operation points of the tank roof gas lift process for the 16×104 m3 full capacity LNG storage tank,describes the key techniques of gas lift,including balance guiding system,airproof system,gas supply system,counterweight system and tank roof fixed device,and explains the main operation procedures.
