摘要
巴西GASCAV天然气管道工程,由于地形起伏,管道的弯管用量大,施工采用沟上组焊带弯管下沟方式,因此根据地形确定管沟弯点、进行管沟开挖和管道下沟难度大。文章对弯管下沟的几种工况(水平弯、纵向弯和迭加弯)进行了理论分析,提出了通过调整弯点位置、适当加大开挖量、控制施工工序等措施来解决工程难题,并成功地实施。
In Brazil GASCAV Natural Gas Pipeline Project,a number of bent pipes are needed because of big terrain undulation.The construction method is as follows:assembly welding of pipeline with bent pipe is carried out on ground,then the pipeline is lowered into trench,which brings difficulties in determining bent point of the trench,trenching and lowering pipeline into trench.The theoretical analyses on operation ways of lowering pipelines with horizontal bend,longitudinal bend or superposed bend are performed.Some measures such as adjusting bent point position,rationally increasing excavation volume and controlling construction pro-cedure are provided and the problems are solved successfully.
