摘要 针对定向钻施工过程中入土点高程高于出土点,造成在导向孔扩孔阶段入土点不反浆,出土点大量反浆,传统泥浆工艺无法直接回收利用的问题,对传统泥浆工艺进行改进,提出了定向钻扩孔过程中反扩反输泥浆工艺。文章介绍了该工艺采用的设备、施工工艺和施工中的注意事项。改进后的工艺有效地解决了定向钻扩孔过程中出土点泥浆利用问题,减少了泥浆的浪费,大大提高了泥浆的循环利用率,降低了施工成本。 When the elevation of drilling entrance in soil is higher than that of exit in directional drilling construction,mud spillover during pilot hole reaming does not occur at the entrance,but occurs greatly at the exit,the traditional mud recycle process does not work.To solve this problem,the traditional mud process is innovated by the back reaming and back mud transportation process in reaming operation of directional drilling construction.The improved process solves effectively the problem of utilizing mud at the exit,raises greatly the mud recycle utilization rate and reduces construction costs.
