The Survey and Relevation of College Graduates’Intentionon on Employment

为真实了解大学毕业生的就业意愿,有效地帮助他们尽早尽快实现上岗就业,我们在一些高校毕业生中进行了一次问卷调查。通过调查给我们的启示是:学校要进一步加强对大学毕业生的教育、引导,帮助他们树立正确的就业观念;要畅通信息渠道,为毕业生提供更多的就业信息;要加强就业与创业指导课的教学与实践,帮助毕业生提高走向社会、服务社会的能力。

In order to understand college graduates’ true intentions on employment,and effectively help them to go to work as soon and quickly as possible,we have carried out a survey with a questionnaire among lots of graduates in some colleges.The survey shows that colleges should make a further emphasis on the education and guidance of college graduates,so as to help them to form a correct concept of employment,that colleges should try best to provide employment information for graduates as much as they can and that they should strengthen the instruction and practice of employment entrepreneurship to help them improve their capability to society social service as well.
