摘要
新一轮基础教育课程改革在课程理念、课程结构、课程内容、课程实施以及课程评价等方面提出了新要求,但目前教师教育模式存在的教师理念偏颇、课程目标单一、课程结构失调、课程内容陈旧、实习效果欠佳等问题又难以适应新课改的需要,对此,必须创新教师教育模式,重新定位培养目标,加强与基础教育的合作,调整课程结构,加强教育实践,培养出适应新课改需要的新型教师。
A new curriculum reform of basic education puts forward new requirements in the curriculum concepts,course structure,course content,curriculum implementation and curriculum evaluation and other aspects.The current model of teacher education is difficult to adapt to the needs of the new curriculum,because the teachers’concept are biased,curriculum goals are single,course structures are of disorders,the course contents are old,and practice effect is poor.Therefore,we must innovate education model,which is to locate train aim,strengthen cooperation of elementary education,adjust curriculum structure,enhance education practice and develop new teacher to adapt to the new curriculum.
