荧光光谱法测定两药片剂中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Fluorescence Spectrophotometric Determination of Berberine Hydrochloride Content in Two Medicaments

利用七元瓜环的荧光增敏作用测定盐酸小檗碱片和复方黄连素片中盐酸小檗碱（C20H18ClNO4）的含量。结果表明：在pH值为2．0、λex=345．07nm、λem=498．07nm条件下，盐酸小檗碱的浓度在2×10-8～1×10-5mol/L具有良好的线性关系，加样回收率为97％～103％，RSD在1．5％以内。本方法适用于盐酸小檗碱含量的测定。

The berberine hydrochloride content was quantified using cucurbit （n）urils （n = 7 ） sensitizing effect of the fluorescence in the current case. Under the conditions of pH = 2.0、λex=345.07nm、λem=498.07nm , berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship between2×10-8～1×10-5mol/L, the recovery rate of sample was 97% - 103% , RSD 〈 1.5%. Therefore, the method may be used for quality control of the preparation.
