昆明市中等职业技术学校学生吸烟现状调查

Investigation of students' smoking status in Kunming secondary vocational and technical school

[目的]了解昆明市中等职业技术学校学生吸烟流行现状及其影响因素,为制定有针对性的防止策略与措施提供依据。[方法]采用方便抽样的方法,抽取昆明市主城区9所中等职业技术学校。利用自行设计的调查问卷,采用面对面自填式的方式进行问卷调查。[结果]昆明市中等职业技术学校学生尝试吸烟率为56.7%,其中男性尝试吸烟率为80.4%,女性尝试吸烟率为31.9%。现在吸烟率为31.5%,其中男性现在吸烟率为52.5%,女性现在吸烟率为9.3%。[结论]昆明市中等职业技术学校学生吸烟率较高,吸烟与尝试吸烟的低龄化趋势正在加剧。有关部门应提高对该人群吸烟状况的认知,有针对性地深入开展吸烟危害的干预措施。

Objective To identify the students＇ smoking status and influence factors and to provide the evidences for targeted prevention strategies and measures in Kunming secondary vocational and technical school. Methods 9 vocational schools in Ktmming are selected by using the convenience sampling method. The self-designed questionnaire and face-to-face self-administered survey is conducted. Results Among the surveyed students, 56.7% had experienced smoking. The prevalence of smoking was 80.4% in male students, 31.9% in female students. 31.5% are smoking with 52.5% in male students and 9.3% in female students. Conclusions The smoking rate of Kunming secondary vocational and technical school is rather high. The age at starting smoking and average age of smoking people are young and the trend is aggravating. So it is essential to take action in improving the focus on these popuation＇s smoking status and intervening the harm of smoking for relevant agencies.
