摘要
我国幅员辽阔,各地气候环境差异巨大,而不同的环境条件对印制板的产品质量有着不同的影响。文章通过几个实例分析了气候环境对质量的影响,并给出了相应的解决方法。
The area of China is very large, the difference of climate and environment among the mainland is big too. Different environment conditions have different effects on quality of printed circuit board. In this paper, the influence of climate and environment on PCB quality was described through a few examples, and the corresponding solutions were also given.
