外贸型物流企业融入供应链服务的发展战略研究——以金融危机为背景

Research on the Development Strategy of China Foreign Trade-logistics Companies' Supply Chain Service Integration Under Financial Crisis

回顾了金融危机影响与外贸型物流企业供应链服务战略的研究现状,利用likert量表进行了问卷调查,结果表明,服务创新战略、资源整合战略、资本运营战略、信息化战略和风险管理战略是支持外贸型物流企业开展供应链服务的重要细分战略。在此基础上,给出了外贸型物流企业融入供应链服务的发展战略模型,总结了五种融入供应链服务的发展战略路径,并以上海欣海报关公司为案例开展了实证研究。

The impacts of global financial crisis on Chinese foreign trade-logistics companies＇（CFTLCs） strategic transformation are reviewed.Based on the likert scale method and actual questionnaire data,the best important supply chain service detail strategies are concluded which involves service innovation strategy,resource integration strategy,capital operation strategy,informationization strategy and risk management strategy.Then the development strategy model of supply chain service is designed for CFTLCs.Five development paths are summarized for CFTLCs.A case study of Shanghai Xinhai brokerage customs company is also given.
