摘要
针对企业热处理车间工艺管理复杂、重复工作多的现状,根据热处理的生产特点,采用热处理工艺的工艺模板化管理方案,实现工艺模板化管理,并应用到车间MES系统中,达到了工艺归类、方便应用、节省人力成本和工艺维护成本的目的.
For the process management confusion and multi-duplication of the heat treatment workshop status, ac cording to the production of heat treatment characteristics, heat treatment process management system using template is realized and applied to the plant MES systems, reaching process classified, facilitating their application, saving labor costs, and process maintenance costs.
