公共图书馆电子阅览室存在的问题及对策

Problems Existing in the Electronic Reading Room of Public Libraries and Counter Measures

全国文化信息资源共享工程有力地推动了欠发达地区基层公共图书馆的网络化建设,首先是建立了电子阅览室,但无论是图书馆员还是读者由于准备不足,在对电子阅览室在管理和使用中存在着功能不清、利用率不高的问题,据此文章提出了充分发挥电子阅览室作用的对策和思路。

The National Cultural Information Resources Sharing Project has forcefully promoted the network construction of grass-roots public libraries in under-developed areas, and the electronic reading rooms have been established firstly. However, either the librarians or the readers still have not realized the functions of the electronic reading rooms and fully made use of them. Therefore, this paper puts forward some counter measures to give full play the role of electronic reading rooms.
