农家书屋建设探析

On the Construction of Farmers' Reading Rooms

在中央、陕西省建设农家书屋实施意见等背景下,旬阳县农家书屋经过几年来的建设,已初见成效,但仍存在诸多问题,如认识问题、资金问题、重建轻管问题等,造成农家书屋不能充分发挥作用。本文介绍了农家书屋在陕西旬阳的建设实践,并根据存在的问题,提出了通过加大培训、向社会招募管理者、资源共享及开展形式多样的读书活动等途径加以解决的对策。

With the proposals of the Center Committee of the CPC and Shaanxi Province for implementation of constructing Farmers＇ Reading Rooms, the project of Reading Rooms for Farmers in Xnnyang has achieved initial success after a few years of construction. However, many problems still exit, such as the problem of cognition, the shortage of funds, and that the government has focused more on construction than management. As a result, the Farmers＂ Reading Rooms can not be brought into full play. This thesis introduces the construction practice of Reading Rooms for Farmers in Xunyang, and proposes several measures in accordance with the problems, such as enhancing the training, recruiting administrators, sharing the resources and carrying out various reading activities.
