摘要
加强教学控制和提倡教学自由是教学管理中必须兼顾的两个方面,走向任何一个极端都会给教学工作的健康发展带来负面影响。本文分析了教学管理过程中过度控制的几种表现,在此基础上探讨了推行弹性管理,实现教学控制与教学自由相对平衡的三点建议。
As two aspects of the teaching management,teaching control and teaching freedom should be given same attention to. It will exert negative influence on teaching to concentrate only on one aspect. The paper analyzes some patterns of over-control in the process of teaching management. On the basis of the analysis,it discusses the three suggestions to realize relative balance between teaching control and teaching freedom with elastic management.
