摘要
为了揭示粗集料对水泥稳定碎石骨架结构形成的影响规律,从粗集料颗粒形状和相对用量两方面考虑,借鉴粒子干涉理论和逐级填充理论,通过不同的试验方案进行分析.试验结果表明,粗集料颗粒形状对混合料的骨架结构具有较大的影响;不同粗集料的组合经振动后,各组混合料空隙率都会出现一个最小值,利用合理的填充比例,混合料可以形成密实的结构.
In order to reveal the influencing regularities of coarse aggregate on skeleton structure formation of cement-stabilized crushed stone, particle shape and relative amount of coarse aggregate were considered, particle interference theory and the sequential filling theory were adopted, the analysis was done through different experimental plans. The results show that coarse aggregate particle shape on the skeleton structure of the mixture had a great influence. After different combinations of coarse aggregate by the vibration, the mixture voids of each group would appear a minimum. A dense structure can be formed from the mixture with a reasonable proportion of filling.
