摘要
适合价值多元共生社会的德育方式是开放性的协商对话。在协商对话中,师生之间不是简单的谈话问答关系,而是基于相互承认的沟通关系;师生交往不是简单的接纳,而是包容的理解;德育过程不是简单的了解,而是精神的共享;德育目标不只是简单的妥协,还要是视域融合的形成。协商对话如要顺利实施,师生都应该确立协商民主的意识,具有宽容的精神,具备协商对话的资质。为此,还要创立有利于协商对话的"公共领域"。
The open negotiation dialogue is an appropriate moral education style in multi-value society, in which the teacher-student relationship is not a question-and-answer form but a mutual recognition and communication methodology. The teacher-student interaction is not a simple type of mutual recognition but an understanding process of mutual trust; the process of moral education is not a tedious understanding but sharing spirit; the moral educational objective is not a result of compromising but fusion of horizons. In order to successfully conduct the negotiation dialogue, teachers and students should take pains to establish such ideas as democracy, tolerance, aptitudes. Also, we should create a public space for negotiation dialogue.
