摘要
课堂教学有其价值追求,不同的价值取向,实现不同的培养目标。"成长课堂"是尊重人生命的课堂,是关注人发展的课堂,是师生共同成长的课堂,也是促进文化发展的课堂。成长课堂的建构是对传统课堂的扬弃,是对现代课堂的超越。在构建过程中,需要尊重人的生命成长规律,尊重人的自然学习规律,尊重人的教育发展规律。
Classroom teaching has its various value pursuits with different purposes. "Growing classroom" is one respecting human life, emphasizing human development, improving by both teachers and students, and also furthering cultural development. Construction of growing classroom is based on the advantages of traditional classroom, and transcends the modern classroom as well. In the process disciplines of life growth, human's natural learning, and educational development needs valuing.
