摘要
为解决供暖费用按热量计费的方法,介绍了一种基于MSP430FW427的无磁热能表的设计方案,给出了无磁热能表的设计原理,介绍了流量、温度检测电路及通信模块的设计和软件修正及控制方法。该热能表经政府检测单位检测证明,热表所采用的无磁流量计克服了供热水质对热能表计量精度和工作稳定性的影响,热表具有良好的工程应用性能。
Currently, energy-saving emission reduction has been given more and more attention by governments and organizations around the world. In our country , starting in 2008, our government has began to put into operation in the northern parts of the heat meter measuring heating costs, but it has been heated to form the performance limitations of trouble, then the method of charging the heat does not become a reality. Based on this situation, this paper presents a measurement with high accuracy, good stability, low power, low-cost and other advantages of the non-magnetic heat-based MSP43OFW427 table design in order to resolve this issue. Moreover, the article gives the non-magnetic heat meter design principles, detailed information on flow, temperature detection circuit and communication module design and software fixes and control methods. The results of non-magnetic heat meter detected by the government testing department prove that hot table used by non-magnetic flow meter can overcome heating water on heat metering precision and stability, the hot table with a good engineering application performance.
