摘要
以FIDIC条款为基础,根据公平与效率原则,结合施工合同管理实践阐述了工程变更的定价方法,并以示例简单分析了各种定价方法的选取对工程造价的影响,对施工合同中工程变更的定价管理有一定的借鉴意义。
At the basis of the FIDIC provisions,the pricing methods of engineering changes is illustrated through the practice of management in contracts for construction in accordance with the principles of fairness and efficiency,it is also analyzed with several simple examples that the selection of a variety of pricing methods has influence on construct cost,which has some referential significance of pricing management of engineering changes in contracts for construction.
