结合"架子队"管理模式的内涵,介绍了推行"架子队"管理模式的意义,在此基础上,阐述了推行"架子队"管理模式的原则,组织结构配置、制度建设、日常管理及劳务人员管理的具体内容和方法,以期推广和促进该管理模式的应用。
Combined with shelf team management model connation,the meaning of popularizing shelf team management model was introduced.Based on which the principle,organization structure collection,system building,daily management and labor people management specific content and method of popularizing shelf team management model were illustrated so as to popularize the management model application.
