As far as some common problems cared are considered in the contract,this thesis analyzes and lists main problems existing in works contracts,sub-contract labor,professional sub-contracts,material procurement contracts,and materials,and provides details on the corresponding risk prevention measures with a view to effectively prevent risks,mitigate risks,fight for a reasonable use of risk to the healthy and stable development.
