结合工程实践,阐述了施工索赔的定义,根据施工索赔产生的原因,提出了预防索赔以及处理索赔的具体措施,以公平合理地解决索赔问题,使双方心悦诚服,从而保证工程施工顺利进行。

Combined with engineering practice,the construction claims definition was illustrated,according to construction claims forming reason,the specific measures of preventing claims and treating claims were proposed,so as to resolve claims problem fairly and rationally and make contracts parts submit willingly,therefore made sure engineering construction running smoothly.
