摘要
借鉴近年来欧美及台湾阳明大学医学教育改革成功经验,结合我校八年制临床医学专业课程体系建设实践,论述了在以器官系统为核心确立以问题导向的教学模式中,打破传统学科界限,建立基于器官系统的整合课程是关键。同时,以心血管系统为例,介绍了我校基于问题导向教学模式改革中课程整合建设的具体做法。
Learning from successful experience of universities in European countries,the United States and Taiwan(Yang Ming University) in medical education reforms in recent years,and combining with our practical experience in clinical medicine curriculum construction of eight-year program,the paper discusses that to break the boundary between traditional disciplines and set up an integrated curriculum based on the organ systems is the key to the problem-based learning(PBL) model with the organ systems as the core.Taking the cardiovascular system as an example,the paper also introduces the ways of integrating courses in PBL reform in our university.
