中西医结合治疗功能性子宫出血

Combination of Chinese and Western Medicine Treatment of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding

目的探索中西医结合治疗功能性子宫出血(功血)的疗效,以促进临床合理用药。方法抽取东莞市樟木头医院120例功血患者随机分为对照组与治疗组,各60例,对照组采用西医治疗,治疗组采用中西医结合治疗。结果中西医结合疗法总有效率为93.3%,痊愈率为68.3%;而西医治疗组总有效率为86.7%,痊愈率为51.7%。2组相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗功能性子宫出血疗效优于西医治疗。

Objective To explore efficacy of combination of Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of dys functional uterine bleeding in order to promote the clinical rational drug use.Methods One hundred and twenty patients collected in hospital were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.All 60 patients in the control group were treated with Western medicine,while those in treatment group were treated with combined Chinese with Western medicine.Results Total effective rate of combined Chinese with Western medicine therapy was 93.3%,cure rate was 68.3%;and in Western medicine treatment group,the total effective rate was 86.7%,cure rate was 51.7%.The statistic difference between them is significan（P0.05）.Conclusion Combination of Chinese and Western medicine in treatment of dysfunctional uterine bleeding could be superior to Western medical treatment.
