摘要
我国在地铁建设早期,排水控制技术不成熟,尽管经过技术改进,采用了浮球式液位控制器和压力传感器等控制手段,但这两种技术故障率高、稳定性差,无法实现远程线性传输,效果均不甚理想,而超声波控制技术很好地解决了这些问题。为推广应用此技术,此文简要阐述了其工作原理,并通过试验研究,进一步证实了其安全性和可靠性。
In the early time of China's metro construction, drainage cntroling technologies are immature and characteristic of high failure rate and poor stability. Ultrasonic - controling technology can well solve these problems. In order to extending this new tecnology, this paper explores operation principle of ultrasonic control and its experimental investigation in metro drainage pump station, dual control technology (uhra- sonic automatic control and PLC program control) for drainage pump remote monitoring highlights the security and reliability of ultrasonic control technology, and finally realized wide application of ultrasonic control technology in metro drainage system.
