亚低温对脑缺血再灌注期间纹状体ATP和多巴胺含量的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的研究亚低温对脑缺血后纹状体ATP和多巴胺含量的影响并探讨二者之间的关系。方法沙土鼠双侧颈总动脉阻断脑缺血再灌注模型,脑缺血时间10min。动物分为假手术组、常温组、亚低温组,应用高效液相测定纹状体的ATP和多巴胺的含量。结果再灌注60min时,常温组纹状体ATP和多巴胺的含量为缺血前的64%和52%,亚低温组分别为缺血前的89%和80%,其含量均高于常温组(P<0.01)。再灌注60min时,亚低温组腺苷酸池(ATP+ADP+AMP)的含量也高于常温组(P<0.05)。结论亚低温可减少脑缺血后纹状体多巴胺的释放。 Objective To study the effect of mild hypothermia (32℃) on ATP and dopamine(DA) contents in the striatum after global ischemia and investigate the relation between the changes in DA and ATP. Methods The ischemia was produced in gerbils by occluding both common carotid arteries for 10 min.The contents of ATP and DA in the striatum were determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).Results After 60 min of reperfusion,the ATP and DA contents in the striatum measured 64% and 52% of the preischemic levels respectively in the normothermic group,lower than those in the mild hypothermic group,89% and 80% respectively (P<0.01).The adenilyic acid cistern (ATP+ADP+AMP) was also higher in the mild hypotherimic group than in the normothermic one (P<0.05).Conclusion Hypothermia can reduce the striatal release of DA,which may be a mechanism attenuating the reperfusion damage to the brain.
