完善农村远程教育发展的途径

Method of Perfecting the Development of Rural Distance Education

基于我国的国情,积极发展农村现代远程教育是推进农民教育的历史性战略选择。目前我国农村远程教育的三种技术模式分别基于广播电视技术、基于卫星接收技术和基于互联网技术。中央农业广播电视学校主持的中国农村远程教育网成为农村重要的教育资源。当前农村远程教育中存在着认识不够深刻、教学资源建设相对滞后、农村人才培养的教育框架尚未形成以及资源效用没有充分发挥等问题。为了解决以上问题,应该加大对农村远程教育的宣传、探索出一套既适合国情又符合市场规律的标准和规范以及积极开发和建设远程教育的媒体资源,建立健全教学资源整合开发机制。

In view of the situation of the country,actively developing modern distance education in rural areas is the historically strategic choice of promoting education of farmers.Currently,the three basic technology models of distance education in rural areas are the technology based on radio and TV,satellite,and website respectively.The website of Distance Education for Chinese Farmers sponsored by the Central Agriculture Radio TV School is becoming an important educational resource for rural areas.At present,distance education in rural areas has the problems of superficial awareness,the lag of the building of educational resources,the shortage of educational frame for the cultivation of rural talents and the less efficient employment of resources.Based on the situation mentioned above,the authors propose the powerful propagation of distance education in rural areas,the probing of a standard suitable to the situation of the country and market rule,the active development of media resources,and the consummating of the integrated mechanism of teaching resources.
