摘要
《证据学》是现代法学教育中不可或缺的组成部分。充分阐述证据学的基本知识,灵活运用三大诉讼法和证据学基本原理来解决诉讼中的证明问题是我们的教学目标,而要达到这一目标必须结合该门课程的特点和内容,采取不同的教学方法。
Evidence Study is a necessary course in modern law education.The teaching objectives are to fully expound the basic knowledge of evidence,flexibly use the three basic principles of procedural law and evidence to solve the problems of proof in litigation.To achieve this goal,the teaching must be closely around the courses features and content with different teaching methods.
