提升“行为引导”教学有效性的策略——以电大实用课程应用“行为引导”教学为例

摘要 教学有效性是指教师遵循教学活动的客观规律,以尽可能少的时间、精力和物力投入,取得尽可能好的教学效果,从而实现特定的教学目标,满足社会和个人的教育价值需求而组织实施的活动。电大一些实用性强的课程,内容枯燥,若照本宣科,不但达不到教学目标,还会造成学生的厌学情绪,从而失去学习的信心。笔者就如何提升电大实用课程教学有效性问题进行了实践探究,即在电大实用课程教学中应用行为引导教学,不仅活跃了课堂气氛,激发了学生的学习兴趣,而且提升了教学的有效性和教学质量。 Teaching validity refers to the teaching activities organized and conducted by teachers according to objective laws of teaching activity,aiming to achieve the best possible teaching effects with minimal time,energy and material input and therefore realize certain teaching aims to fulfill the educational value demand of society and individuals.Because the content of some practical courses in Radio and TV University is rather dull,it is hard to achieve corresponding teaching goal if the teacher only echoes what the books say.What's more,it will cause students' learning-weariness and destroy their learning confidence.In order to make the teaching of practical courses in Radio and TV University effective,the author carried out practical research and found that adopting behavioral guidance in the teaching of practical courses can not only enliven classroom atmosphere and arouse students' fervor,but also increase teaching validity and enhance teaching quality.
