石嘴山市学生HBsAg抗-HBs检测结果分析

目的了解三年来中小学生中HBsAg携带率和保护性抗体抗-HBs的产生率的变化情况。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELLSA)对本市中小学生进行HBsAg、体抗-HBs检测,并进行结果分析。结果我市中小学学生HBsAg总阳性率为1.74%,高中组高于初中组,初中高于小学组;抗-HBs阳性率小学组高于初中组,初中组高于高中组,且同年龄组中,随着年份的增加而增加。每年的HBsAg阳性率城市明显低于农村,每年的抗-HBs阳性率城市明显高于农村。结论我市学生HBsAg总阳性率为1.74%,低于全国平均水平9.09%,属于低感染地区;保护性抗体抗-HBs的阳性率逐年增加,城市高于农村。

Objective To understand the varying of HBsAg carrying rate and the generation rate of protective antibody - HBs among primary and secondary students since three years. Method To detect HBsAg and anti - HBs by using ELISA method and the results were analyzed in primary and secondary students of Shizuishan city. Results In our city, the masculinity rate of primary and secondary students was 1.74%. Every year, the masculinity rate of HBsAg in city was lower than in country, the masculinity of anti - HBswas higher than in country. Conclusions The masculinity rate of HBsAg that is lower 9. 09% than average of country is 1.74%, so our city belongs to low infection area; The masculinity rate of protective antibody in city is higher than in country, which increases with the increase of the year.
